Every year, we run a C25K programme. There are no minumum requirements to join this group; it’s for absolutely everyone. Get in touch to find out when the next one starts!
If you fancy giving it a go, just turn up on the night. You can walk, jog or run, we just want you to get out there and have a go! Whether you’re brand new to running or returning from a break, couch to 5k is for you. And it’s only £10!
At the start, the coach will explain how the sessions will work and take you through a warm up. You will begin with very short intervals of walking and running at whatever pace is comfortable for you. Over the next few weeks, the amount of time running will increase and you’ll be surprised just how much you can run!
All you need is some comfortable clothing and some trainers. You might like to bring some water, especially to hydrate afterwards.
Completing C25K is a massive achievement. As a club, we like to celebrate with everyone who graduates C25K, usually with a run and a social!

We know that childcare can sometimes be a barrier for people getting into running, so we want to make it as easy as possible. While we are an adult-only running club, there is no lower age limit on bringing children to C25K. However, any child attending remains to sole responsibility of their parents/guardian for the entire duration of the runs, and must remain within arms reach of that adult at all times.
